What’s allowed
The forum is about proxies, software, accounts, crypto, P2P discussions and everything around them.
- Ask questions, share experience, write guides and breakdowns.
- Discuss services, counterparties and rates — with facts, not guesses.
- Argue on the merits: criticism of an argument is welcome, personal attacks are not.

What’s not
Moderators remove this content, and repeat offenses get the account blocked.
- Spam, unlabeled advertising, vote manipulation and mass mentions.
- Fraud, selling other people’s data, malware.
- Insults, harassment, threats, doxxing.
- Threads in the wrong section and duplicates of existing discussions.

How moderation works
Everything you write goes live at once; the forum’s AI reads it right after.
- The AI hides only clear harm until the team decides: spam, phishing and malware, threats, other people’s personal data, sexual content involving minors — the author gets a notification with the reason. Doubtful posts stay up and the team takes a look. Swearing, arguments and the forum’s grey topics are left alone.
- Any member can report a thread or a reply through the “…” menu.
- Moderators can pin, close, move or remove a thread — and the author is notified.
- Authors can edit their text for 15 minutes after publishing; the edit history is kept.

Trust levels
Permissions grow with approved posts and account age.
- Newcomer: up to 3 threads and 10 replies a day, no links or files, images allowed.
- Member (3 approved posts and a day on the forum): links and files, up to 8 threads and 40 replies a day.
- Regular (20 posts and a week): up to 20 threads and 100 replies a day.

P2P, selling and buying
People make arrangements here, but deals don’t go through the forum.
- The forum holds no money, runs no escrow and does not settle disputes over transfers.
- In “Selling”, “Buying” and “P2P currency exchange” deals happen directly between members — the forum does not guarantee them.
- Reviews of counterparties are free-form and at your own responsibility.
- Arrangements made off the forum are strictly between you and the other party.

Advertising
The forum’s only way to earn money — and it is always labeled.
- An ad looks like a thread card, but with a dashed border, and the “Ad” label is the first line, before the title — it can’t be mistaken for a discussion.
- Placements: the feed (after the second thread, then every tenth), a thread after the second reply, the right column, search results. No pop-ups, no video with sound, no banners over the text — now or ever.
- To place an ad, use the Advertising page: pick a placement and a period, check the preview and send a request. The team reviews every ad before it runs.
- Hidden advertising in threads and replies is removed, and the author is notified with the reason.
